Transport Invoice with GST

The template works with both the Microsoft Store edition and the desktop edition of the app. Make sure you have installed one of them.

1. Download the EXE package.
2. Double-click to extract the files into a folder. Make sure you have full access privileges to the folder, such as a subfolder inside “My Documents”.
3. Open the template.

This template is designed for shipping and transport businesses. It includes 11 columns: "date", "customer reference", "From", "To", "description", "cubic", "weight","fuel", etc.

This template defines one tax (GST, i.e., Goods and services tax) by default. It is suitable for countries like Australia, Singapore, etc.

On the top of the form is a section for your own business information, including your company logo, transportation business name, PO Box and city, state (province), ABN#, telephone number, etc.
